MODELS
The moorland maze is a model for an idea I had to create a dry stone wall maze on the edge of Dartmoor. It was very much about a community creating an environmentally sound and vernacular venue for people to visit and enjoy. It was about Dartmoor, its history of stone circles crosses and markers, and about local skills, materials and a need. Unfortunately it has not yet been created.

A RECYCLING BUILDING FOR THE EDEN PROJECT
This building was a fantastic challenge as it needed to represent, promote and be a venue for recycling. The building is based on a cycle of growth. You enter a dark tunnel which builds in size and light. As you go it culminates in a huge space that is filled with light, sound, wind and rain. It was exciting and challenging but has yet to be built.

THE RINGS PROJECT
Is a massive idea that grew from a community request to build a centre for the arts. It is a huge building based on a Labyrinth, that has a theatre, art gallery and music venue at its heart. It is designed to fit into and celebrate its location through form, materials and fulfillment of need. It is a 3 million pound project that needs more than a paragraph to explain please see...
